FIEDLER & LUNDGREN IS LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS FINANCE MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Professional

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
• Key member of Sweden Operations Leadership Team
• Part of Sweden Area Operations Leadership Team
• Board Member of Fiedler & Lundgren AB
• Strong contributor to Sweden and NWEA Operations strategy agenda and deliverables
• Internal & external reporting
• Tax & excise, compliance with local legal requirements
• Accounting
• Internal controls environment
• Business partnering to ensure optimal resource allocation and savings
• Key point of contact for regional and global Finance stakeholders
Reports to: Plant Manager
Reporting Level: Manages 2 direct reports / 3 indirect reports
Geographic Scope: Area
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Own and drive strategic agenda and business deliverables, as key member of Area and Sweden Ops leadership teams
Manage accurate delivery of all financial reporting on time in full
Budget of P&L and cashflow
Actuals of P&L and cashflow
KPIs
Transfer pricing of products and services
Tax returns (income tax, VAT, excise, transfer price declaration, personnel tax, and social fees, intrastat)
Bookkeeping and annual reports
Bonus calculations
Support business functions with all budgetary requirements and financial analysis
Owner of ERP and other financial systems
Support business agreements handling in line with requirements
Accountable for payments and bank account(s)
Accountable for compliance with internal and external controls environment
Fixed assets register and CapEx
Liquidity/cash management
Risk management and insurances
Administrating board meetings and general meetings
Drive information flow and alignment with regional Operations Finance team, in terms of all business planning metrics
Leasing cars
Define clear roles and responsibilities within Finance team to deliver business metrics
Ensure a fit-for-purpose Finance organization, supported by efficient WoWs, meeting and communication structure
Strong focus on team capability development, talent, and succession management
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Functional requirements:
Relevant university degree within Finance
Min 5 years' experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG environment
Relevant knowledge in laws and regulations relating to accounting and taxation
Experience of accounting, including external accounting and taxes
Experience of financial reporting within an international group
Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of Swedish is an advantage)
High IT proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP)
Previous knowledge of a group reporting system is an advantage
Important Leadership Capabilities in this role:
Strong international background from working in international settings
Demonstrated direct and indirect leadership ability with strong focus on people management and talent development
Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to give & take feedback
Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver key messages in a concise, professional format
Strong ability to structure and prioritize to meet deadlines
