hela Sverige We are looking for a Operations Finance Executive who will bring innovation, creativity and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the regional head of operations finance and you will be a key member of the operations finance team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support to operations while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
• Support monthly reporting and analysis which may include performance of system related activities utilizing NAV
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling (such as business cases) and analysis
• Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement within the operations finance organization
• Perform variance analysis, including actual to budget and year over year performance
• Prepare and analyze journal entries as needed in support of month and quarter close activities
• Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the planning cycle
• Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation of various internal controls
• Partner with business functions, such as Operations, Quality, Regional Finance and Global Finance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operational environment
• Proficient in accounting standards and able to apply relevant skills and knowledge to act as business partners
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically on NAV
• Able to drive projects and process improvements
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Knowledgeable in identifying risks and in implementing controls
• Able to communicate well in English (both verbal and written)
