The Pre-Press & Printing team has the responsibility to develop, maintain, improve, commission and support the Equipment and Processes within Pre-Press and Printing. The team is the global owner of the equipment and process specifications for Pre-Press and Printing. We also provide competence support to new development projects and Industrialization and Order Fulfillment activities. As part of our efforts to reinforce our team, we are now looking for an Operations Engineer within the area of Pre-Press.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Participate, as Equipment and Process operational expert, in our implementation projects, driving commissioning of Equipment and Process, securing meeting agreed targets
• Training of local staff for correct hand over of operations to the receiving organization
• Build and share expertise in the area of Pre-Press Equipment and Process
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions, within the frame of our development program
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden with approx 75% of travelling time.

It is crucial that you posses pedagogic skills taking pleasure in transferring competence and contributing to the growth of colleagues. As the job is performed in our Converting Factories worldwide you need to have good communication skills and have the ability to adjust to different people and cultures.
You have an educational background within Printing and/or graphics with knowledge of Digital pre press and design handling. If you have experience from working with Prepress Equipment and Process, focus on Flexography plate making in a printing company, plate manufacturer or plate making equipment manufacturer this would be considered as a merit. You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
