Yubico is looking for a Director of Operations to direct and oversee the implementation of operations related to Supply Chain for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction and the objectives set forth by the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Through management of the Supply Chain team in Stockholm, this position works to ensure consistent, high quality, and cost-effective operations with respect to supply chain management activities.
Responsibilities
Directs compliance with operational processes and initiatives.
Manages Supply Chain team based out of Stockholm; monitors and reports on operational performance.
Directs staff and ensures that every member is provided with tools, training and knowledge to perform their duties.
Establish and build on relationships with key suppliers.
Maintains adherence to established budget guidelines.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain.
2+ years of experience managing a Supply Chain team.
Experience with Global Logistics, Electronics Assembly, and Injection Molding.
Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or engineering.
An overview understanding of modern cryptography, for example Symmetric vs. Asymmetric (PKI).
Good understanding of 2-factor authentication.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
