At the moment we are looking for a new Data Analyst to our Operations Development team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
At Operations we are responsible for the supply and distribution of Axis' products, including Purchasing, Order Handling, Production, Sourcing & Production Preparation, Sales & Operations Planning, Quality and Logistics. We are today approximately 250 persons within Operations. Based in Lund, we interact with other Axis departments and a worldwide network of customers, distributors, suppliers, manufacturing partners and our configuration and logistics centers.
The Operations Development team develops and improves Operations, both internally and externally. We operate both within Axis and in our global supply chain. With our customers in focus, we improve e.g. in terms of time, cost, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, creativity and well-being. Your primary role in this joint effort is to drive our work with Qlik Sense and other tools for data analysis. You will be an important part of our team, and will take full ownership of your projects and start to deliver tangible results from day one.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with a master's degree, either Industrial Engineering & Management (I) or Mechanical Engineering (M). Your studies were focused on Supply Chain Management with good academic results, and you have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. You are data driven, curious, structured, analytical and always want to understand the bigger picture through data. You know how to use tools like Qlik Sense, SQL, Excel and ERP systems (we use IFS). However, being a supply chain data wizard is not enough: we are looking for someone who is ambitious and social - teamwork and collaboration are essential to your success at Axis. You can work independently but at the same time you successfully collaborate across organizational and cultural borders. To be successful in this role you need strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. You will manage the process for identifying and prioritizing analytics initiatives and will work closely with (and coach!) different stakeholders in our organization to fully understand their issues, create and implement business intelligence solutions that unlock potential and generate improvements. You enjoy and excel at developing and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders and thrive in an environment where you plan your own activities, drive initiatives and takes responsibility for the result.
