We are looking for a new Operations controller for Atos Medical in Hörby. You will report to the Group accounting and ERP manager and be part of the Group Finance organization. You will also be a member of the Operations management team in Hörby.
The work includes:
• Overall owner of the Operations controlling area with focus on the manufacturing for the Hörby site
• Ensure transparency and a solid understanding of our financial performance and the underlying drivers
• Report, analyze, and summarize financial information and provide analysis to management
• Participate in quarterly and annual forecasting processes
• Facilitate performance reviews together with the site manager
• Assist in setting, updating and tracking against targets and KPIs
• Ensure cost awareness and an efficiency mindset across function
• Identify areas of improvement and drive projects within operations controlling
Education and experiences:
• M.Sc. in Business Administration and/or M.Sc. in Engineering
• At least 5 years of working experiences as Operations Controller from an international manufacturing company
• Deep understanding of key areas of the Operations Controller role (e.g. standard costing, cost variance, margin analysis and forecasting)
• Solid knowledge of core operations processes (manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, procurement)
• Experience in identifying, planning, executing and follow-up on performance improvement projects
• Experience and deep interest in ERP systems, preferably SAP
Traveling: Travel participation as necessary
Office Base: Hörby and Partly Malmö/Hyllie, Sweden
