hela Sverige The Operations Associate (OA) is a position intended to support the Operation Manager (OMs) and ensure continuity of the business. The work may be distribute over the weekdays, night, over the weekend, and on holidays. The OA's main job is to maximize the efficiency during the shift and to use the available resources as efficiently as possible.
The OA will also be responsible for providing instructions and feedback to the Rangers (who collect scooters, swap batteries etc), ensuring Rangers are performing their duties, and for maintaining the WH including logistics vehicles, vans, cleaning equipment, etc. The OA is effectively the shift leader and is responsible for the Rangers during the shift, and Rangers must follow instructions from the OA.
Further, the OA managerial responsibilities will not take up the entire shift and therefore, all additional time shall be spent in the city as ranger. Following are the responsibilities managed by OA:
Ranger shift management - instructing rangers for efficient performance, planning their shifts and routes.
Warehouse inventory management - managing resources such as vehicles, phones, ranger kit, and necessary equipment.
Warehouse space management - assigning areas of the warehouse for various purpose such as storage of batteries, safety equipments, vehicles, work gear (gloves, phones, etc)
Training rangers on swapping batteries, rebalancing scooters, and using of internal application in according to TIER standards.
Support OMs in executing operational strategies and analyse ranger performances on ground.
OA is an extension of OMs, supporting OMs during night, weekend, and public holidays and ensure smooth operations.
OA shall perform as ranger as and when required. Ranger responsibilities include swapping batteries, rebalancing e-scooters, collecting and deploy of e-scooters.
The OA shall hold a valid driving licence
