At the moment we are looking for an operations associate to join our Customer Service team in Stockholm. I you want to support us in providing great service and putting our customers first then you might be the one we are looking for.
As an operations associate at AXA Partners your main task will be to handle incoming calls but you will also communicate with our customers via e-mail and web. You will process customer claims and perform administration related to the claims process. The customer claims vary in nature and you will review and control documents and ensure they comply with terms and conditions.
You will also from time to time support other functions within the business and have the opportunity to engage in projects and process improvements.
• Customer service experience
• Higher education or equivilant experience within customer care
• Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written Swedish & English
• If you are speak Danish or Norwegian that is a plus
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to grasp complex issues and look beyond the obvious
