Operations and restaurant Manager
Picadeli's main business is a full concept of Salad-bars in grocery and convenience stores. We are now opening Flagship restaurants that will take the Salad-bar concept to a new level of freshness where we realize our slogan Fast food de la Future.
The Operations and Restaurant Manager will have a key role in developing and managing this concept to reach its fullest potential. The position is split between an overall Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager role. The part as an Operations Manager includes responsible for restaurants and a Restaurant Manager role where you will be hands-on managing the first restaurant. This means creating the processes, culture and ways of working for the overall concept together with the central concept team.
More specifically the position includes the following responsibilities:
• Participate in the creation of operation manuals and routines
• Create and implement education modules for the restaurant concept
• Participate in the development of the customer experience and service and ensure it's implementation
• Participate in creating the right KPIs and together with the concept team ensure that we reach our goals
• Ensure that all legal demands regarding hygiene, food safety and other regulations are followed
Your profile
You have strong experience from operations through own experience as store/restaurant manager and have moved on to work on district or national level with a scalable concept within the food industry. You are a proven leader that have the ability to motivate people, communicate a vision and get the team to work together. You need to be able to switch between a highly operational mindset and a more strategic level. You are highly energetic, and you love healthy food just as much as you love providing a great customer experience. The right person has the ambition and drive to be part of a high growth company that want to re-write the food map. This positon is based in Stockholm.
