About the role

We are expanding our Service Operations team which is responsible for setting the structure, processes and conditions for our installation and service workforce around Europe. We are now looking for an Operations and Business Analyst who will help us become a true data driven decisionmaker, by building solid models and agile processes.

You will get the opportunity to create our structure and processes to work with databased decision making in our global service operations organisation. You will collect data and build the models needed to analyse and identify opportunities and optimization that we can use in our daily operations.

You will work closely with our local teams to ensure alignment and cross-functional collaboration. You will also work as a liaison with our customer experience team focusing on our digital product. In some cases, you will be asked to travel to our local sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Create a digital model for comparison, follow-up and reporting performance of the Service Operations business
• Develop and visualize our performance through tangible KPIs and powerful dashboards and reports
• Work closely with the country teams analyzing data and identifying improvements to be made in the local organization

What we would like you to have
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are a collaborative player who enjoys working with others in teams. You have excellent analytical and communication skills and enjoy actively taking on responsibilities. You are passionate and curious to explore oceans of data, and keen on translating your finding into useful insights to make better decisions. You can quickly see the holistic picture but also thrive in working with details.

Who you are and what you have:

• 3-5 years experience from similar roles including financial/business modelling, M&A analysis or similar
• Experience from M&A firm or corporate finance business
• Used to support business or clients with databased analysis and presentations
• Experience to work in an international environment
• Academic degree in finance, engineering, business administration or similar

You are descibed as:

• A self-starter comfortable with ambiguous and ever-changing situations
• Natural ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English, meriting with other languages such as Italian, German, French, Polish or Spanish
• Passionate for data and making complex contexts simple
• Strong analytical skills
