The role

MAJORITY is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. We are seeking candidates data driven with a strong analytical mindset.

This role will report to the Team Leader and will be part of MAJORITY 's Risk Management team. It will have the responsibility to perform system analysis, managing eventual incidents that may occur.



Key Responsibilities

Performs system monitoring and act when necessary

Troubleshoots problems by looking into logs, back-office tools and using database querying languages (SQL Server, DQL)

Performs initial diagnosis and prioritisation of all incidents

Collaborates with other departments in prevention and resolution of incidents

Takes lead on incidents and provide required notifications and updates

Escalates incidents to relevant stakeholders (internal and/or external)

Works together with team to suggest continued improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in engineering or relevant fields.

At least 3 years experience in 2nd line support and/or tech operations

previous experience in fiuntech companies is a plus.

Familiar with ticketing tools (JIRA)

Knowledge in querying language is a must have.
