Your mission
You act as the team leader with the responsibility to execute support and secure an accelerated implementation. The team is experienced, your role will be to support and guide the team members, and at the same time create good conditions for everyone to be able to succeed as good as possible. Except from supporting the team, you will also have operational responsibilities within the application specialist team.
This role will be in the heart of our electrification journey and is very important now when we launch our new battery platform. You will get a unique chance to work with electrification, both onsite with supporting and guiding the team, and hands on out in the field with our machines. This will give you the opportunity to build a skill and knowledge which few in the world possesses.
We are a global company with customers, partners and suppliers all over the world which means that you will have a lot of international contacts. Your ability to build formal and informal networks will be key to succeed in this role.
Your profile
You probably have experience from leading teams before or have a big interest in leadership. We see that you like to work communicative and are able to handle quick changes, be solutions oriented, coach and lead on distance. You are used to work in the office package, have good planning skills and like to be hands on. Regarding the technical experience, we see that you have general or specific knowledge in the field of electrification, such as e-mobility, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
Our corporate language is English, therefore it 's necessary with good English skills, both verbal and written.

The position is in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
This is a temporary role for 12 months.
