hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.The commercial vehicle industry is undergoing a transformation from fossil based to electrified and sustainable transport solutions.
To support this transformation, an electric mobility service provider (eMSP) solution will be established that focuses on providing a single point of access to charge points across Europe for commercial electric vehicle customers including enabling of invoicing & payment for respective charging events.
To ensure smooth operations of the eMSP, we are looking for an operational specialist to join our team. Let's shape the future of electrified, sustainable transport together!
Your task:
Ensure an effective customer onboarding, including:
• Development and tracking of onboarding KPIs to continuously improve onboarding customer experience.
• Validation of client data and ensuring completeness of data to secure legally compliant contractual setup.
• Supervision of client risk evaluation process (initial and regular).
• Setup of client profile in operational backend platform.
• Initiation of RFID card send-out process.
• Solving of product and technical inquiries forwarded by 1st level customer support.
• Issue tracking and reporting for continuous optimization in alignment with technical product and commercial team.
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or business administration with high interest and understanding in technical operations.
• Minimum 3 year of professional experience in digital service operations preferably in the e-mobility or charging environment.
• Data driven mindset with a strong focus on continuously optimizing operational patterns.
• Customer-oriented and empathic personality with strong communication skills, and the ability to work cooperative within a diverse team.
• Proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
