hela Sverige Husqvarna Group is looking for an Operational Purchaser to join our Indirect Sourcing Team in the Husqvarna Division.
Unit/Department you will be part of
Sourcing at Husqvarna is organized in several functions securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply. One of the key functions within Sourcing is Indirect Sourcing, which focuses on commercial relationships with suppliers and the business in managing all indirect material procurement. The key mission is to ensure the greatest value is provided to the organization 's internal customers.
Your future challenge
The Operational Purchaser is part of the Husqvarna Indirect Sourcing Team.
Your role is to
Maintain the Procure to Pay tool by loading of catalogues, make updates, to drive spend visibility and drive savings.
Perform operational sourcing and e-sourcing including RFI's and RFQ's through the Procure to Pay tool.
Contract handling (send for signing and archiving)
Test- and verify new releases of the Procure-to-Pay tool
Part of the supplier registration
Support to Commodity Managers
Who you are
Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree or work experience in relevant area
Desired Skills
Track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Basic experience from making priorities and independently identifying importance and order of own tasks.
Track record of using time effectively and efficiently.
Experience from working on more than one project simultaneously.
With support from mentor or other relevant person shown successful achievements of all tasks.
Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database applications.
As a person you are result oriented and an active and distinct team player.
