Do you want to join and contribute within operational purchasing?
We offer you a position as Operational Purchaser, a role within the Finance Hub in Lund. Your contribution will be important and visible and you are supposed to balance your tasks working alone but also in a experienced, professional team with similar tasks. You will interact with many different stakeholders and suppliers and the main goal for you will be to develop the purchasing flow for indirect material to work from requisition to payment.
Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer product and will secure compliance with the Purchase to payment process (PtP). Since we just recently implemented a new purchasing tool you will need to help the organisation and ourselves to use this in the best optimal way. Main for the SM is to reduce the supplier base and make the line from Operational purchaser to Category responsible to work end be efficient for Tetra Pak.
Supplier management direction is to consolidate transactional activities into the Hub and in this team you will work to improve the processes for them.
Main responsibilities
• Run Operational Purchasing in accordance to the Purchase to Payment process
• Daily contact with Tetra Pak users, colleagues and suppliers
• Drive compliance to the preferred suppliers, agreements and ordering procedures
• Perform daily master data activities
• Detailed knowledge of how SAP ECC and Ariba support the SM processes
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be service minded and driven by achieving excellent results. You have the capability to work independently but also like to work and contribute in a team. You have good networking and communication skills.
A background within purchasing and/or some years of relevant experience within these areas will help and we expect you to have knowledge in SAP ECC, this is seen as an advantage as well as experience from working with change management activities. As we work in a purchasing tool called Ariba it will be preferable if you have knowledge in that system.
A requirement is that you are fluent in Swedish
