Packet Core Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) develop and deliver packet core solutions for mobile networks. With us, you'll be part of the next step in the development of our products. We enable millions of simultaneous connected mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to 4K video in Gbit speeds. BDGS will become the partner of choice of Telecom operators using the latest technologies in cloud and automation to handle complexity so the results-oriented can differentiate with TCO efficient solutions for programmable 4G and 5G networks, automated operations and digital engagements.
We are developing outstanding Load Testing Framework/Platform for Ericsson 4G & 5G network, the requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a huge demand of new features as well as higher capacity and performance. Our 4G/5G Test Framework/Platform is widely used by Ericsson Globally.
We are looking for an Operational Product Owner (OPO) within the Tools Automation area in Packet Core.
You will
Prioritize the feature backlog and make sure it is visible, and clear
Secure that the team knows what we do and why we do it to ensure high team motivation
Manage the F0-F4 (pre-study to release) decision for their features
Initiate Feature analyze/quick study working with domain specialists and verify that the solution has the right scope fit for the purpose.
Discover value, improvements, technical debts and make adoptions together with XFT (Multi-functional teams) for placement in Product Backlog
Synchronize with other OPO's / APO's (Area Product Owners)
To be successful in the role you must have
3-5 years' experience as an OPO or similar
High business understanding and good understanding of the domain/area
Good presentation and communication skills to be able to connect with partners, operators and customers at different levels
Experience from working according to Lean and Agile
High energy and love to handle commitments
