We are looking for an Operational Product Owner who can contribute to Ericsson's market-leading Radio base station products in creating our next generation (5G) mobile networks.
Our RBS Software Development unit develops the software which controls, supervises and analyzes the base station functionality, which enables our mobile networks around the world. These mobile networks are the core to the accelerating digital transformation building our networked society where everything that can be connected will be connected.

Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We're a global team of approx. 26 000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6 000 in Group Supply and 5 000 in Service Area Networks. What are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have some years of experience in leading teams in Software development. You will be involved in development of a wide range of innovative software products with the latest technology.
We are looking for those with a strong drive and who aim for results. You work equally well individually as in a group. You have high energy levels, are willing to learn new tasks and are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues.
The teams you lead work in an agile way, in cross functional teams that covers Systemization, Software design and Verification. You and your teams will be responsible for end-to-end solutions for Radio Base Station features.

These positions are based in Göteborg in our top modern facility at Lindholmen Science Park.
Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor or Master of Science (e.g Science within Electrical Engineering, Data Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering of Distributed Systems, Engineering Physics) or equivalent formal education.
Good English and collaboration skills are also important.
The position is based in Göteborg and the selection and interview process is ongoing.
