To be successful in this position we also believe you have a deep understanding of the Ingka Source-to-Pay process and knowledge about Procurement Operations capabilities. We are seeking someone with 3-5 years' experience of S2P process and/or organizational development in an international environment, preferably with focus on procurement operations. Experience from management of either BPO outsourcing or Shared Service Centre set-up and experience with working in Ariba/S4 environment is a plus.
As a person you have a business mind-set with a strong drive and an openness to change. To look for new possibilities and improve ways of working comes natural to you. We believe that you are a good organiser with great co-operation and communication skills. You like to interact with people and have an ability to build trustworthy relations. A university degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operational Procurement developer, you will strengthen our Source-to Pay process with focus on Procurement to contribute and enable efficiency throughout the Ingka organisation. The aim is to develop a solution, offering the co-workers at Ingka a user-friendly procurement experience in all dimensions; process, systems and support.
Your main tasks will be:
• Identify and develop the capabilities for Procurement Operations at Ingka
• Contribute to the development of an operating model including how we lead, how we work and how we organise for Procurement Operations
• Be the link to the S2P process team, as a specialist for Procurement, working on continuous improvements
• Working close with the different parts of the Procurement Development inside and outside of Ingka
• Lead activities/projects connected to the implementation of the operating model for Procurement Operations
• Lead change management initiatives focusing on increased compliance in the Source-to-Pay process (Contract Compliance, PO compliance, invoice matching etc.)
• Be a part of project teams contributing with procurement specialist knowledge, e.g. implementation of a new system solution, implementation of a new vendor set-up process etc.
