Job Summary
Do you want to work with production planning in a high-tech production environment?
Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB manufactures Tetra Rex and Gable top products, a well-known package for liquid foods. Our production consists of converting paperboard to packages through three operations; Coating, Printing & creasing and Side sealing.
As an Operational planner you are an important part of the value chain from Supplier to the Customer and are responsible for orders being produced on time and in full for customers around the world. You are as well responsible for ordering the base material needed for production and to plan day to day factory operations. You will cooperate with the different production processes, warehouse, regional planning hub and market operation teams around the world and as well be in contact with our suppliers.
The position is permanent and will be based in Sunne.
What you will do
Plan production orders in an optimized way by considering all impacting factors for both customers and production processes
Collaborate with and support Capacity- and material planning hub to make sure material allocation is correct, maintaining factory capacity and act on supply and capacity issues
Place order/call off for consumables and Base material to suppliers based on daily demand
Manage communication with external stakeholders (e.g. special request, production changes, material status, inventory reduction, eliminating scrapping)
Maintain planning master data in systems: P2, Pro-planner, SAP
Be part of the factory's WCM development and improve the planning process
We believe you have
We believe you are a team-player that enjoys working together as a team. We believe that you are a collaborative, self-going & motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking and have strong administrative and communicating skills. You have good knowledge in planning and supply chain, both in theory and practice. Understanding of the production processes or processing industry is an advantage.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a post-secondary education or has experience from different positions in your career that has given the same knowledge. You are highly skilled in MS Office and knowledge in SAP is beneficial.
A very good knowledge in both English and Swedish, both written and oral, is required.
