Do you want to work with production planning in a high-tech production environment?
Tetra Pak Packaging manufactures packages materials for Tetra Rex, a package for liquid foods. Our production consists of converting plastic coated paperboard to packages through three operations steps; lamination, printing / creasing and side sealing. We are about 300 employees, of which 45 people work on our unit in Skoghall.
As a production planner, you are an important part of the value chain to the customer, being responsible for orders being produced in time and in full for customers around the world.
What you will do
As our new Operational Planner, you will cooperate with several functions internally, such as packing, warehouse, production and market companies around the world. Externally, you work with our suppliers and freight forwarders.
You will focus on:
Planning production and coordinating shipments to several export markets
Follow the rules and procedures relating to quality, customs and safety.
Make sure that all deliveries are in accordance with procedures and policy's set by Tetra Pak and governing authorities
Warehouse stock taking
Paper board ordering
Capacity planning
Participate in WCM pillar to drive continuous improvement activities in the factory
This position will be located in Skoghall.
Who you are
We are looking for a true team player to join our team. We believe that you are a collaborative, self-motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking and have strong administrative and communication skills. You are good at planning your own and others' work. To be successful in this role we believe that you have a have a post-secondary education and are very skilled in MS Office, especially Excel. A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required. Proficiency in SAP is beneficial.
