The main purpose for this position as Marketing Director is to take responsibility and accountability for driving Marketing Activities within the market company to a large market. This position will take ownership for the development and delivery of the Marketing Strategy to bring the vision, values and principles of the business to life. This role will lead, mentor, develop and manage the day-to-day operations of the market team while reporting to the Nordics Region.



Main responsibilities includes the following:

• Lead the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
• Drive market leadership and define market growth initiatives aligned with the cluster growth strategy.
• Identify new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
• Estimate sales potential of new product introductions to ensure marketing, as well as provide sales & distribution solutions to deploy new products.
• Gather relevant data about topics related to Tetra Pak business across the value chain, and to turn data into meaningful information and then into actionable knowledge.
• Work closely with customers to secure alignment to cluster strategy in order to deliver best customer value.
• Deliver marketing services for key customers according to their needs while drawing materials and methodologies from Regional/Central organization.
• Manage Market Promotional Investments.
• Control Marketing expenditures within the budgeted framework and establish Market Company retail strategy.




Qualifications


You are an autonomous, creative self-starter with a genuine interest for business. Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic and skilled problem-solver who likes to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid education at academic (MBA) or comparable level, preferably in the field of marketing, economics or business administration.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing (i.e. brand manager, product manager, category manager), ideally in a B2B environment.
• Excellent command of English and any Scandinavian language. Combined with excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels/functions/organizations.
• Strong project management skills and a goal-oriented ambition to drive improvements.
• Experience in managing and developing Key Account Customers, ability to build Adding Value Partnership with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strength in analyzing data, formulating recommendations and managing large amounts of data for later retrieval.
• Proven managerial skills, experience in leading a developing remote team.
