hela Sverige WorkShop is now looking for a person working as Operational Manager for one of our amazing clients. We are looking for a highly driven person who is a natural leader and has excellent social skills.
As Operational Manager at WorkShop you will be leading a team, consisting of Visual Merchandisers and Product trainers across Northern Europe, the Nordics and Benelux to be specific. In the role you are the link between WorkShop and the client, and it is your responsibility to monitor performance on market level, store level and individual level. You will recruit, train and develop staff according to WorkShop and client standards and you will forecast need of resources to cover visit plans on annual and quarterly level. You plan and execute ongoing and seasonal tactical directives across the region while ensuring that operational costs are aligned with budget.
Further you ensure that the team understand and follow WorkShop's policys. You set team and individual goals and follow up according to WorkShop governance model.
We believe that the applicant for this position meets the following criteria:
• Highly driven and structured
• Retail Background is mandatory
• Leadership experience is mandatory
• Visual Merchandising background is beneficial
• Outstanding social skills and empowering leadership
• Great communication skills
• Outstanding verbal and written English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Likes traveling
The job is based in Stockholm and involve a lot of traveling. We offer you a fun, brisk-paced job at an innovative and expanding company!
