We are expanding our business in Scandinavia and we are looking for a person who can operationally support and manage our growth. Right now we need an Operational manager that will be located in our office in Malmö. We are looking for somebody that already has highly developed management skills and management background in software development and operations, a person that has the ability to take decisions and act fast. We offer you the opportunity to work in a very dynamic environment.
You will be involved in all operational processes that occur in our everyday operations of the company.
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
8+ years of professional experience, out of which 6+ years on high management position;
2+ years of professional experience in managing software development
ISO 9000 and 14000 certified Lead Auditor
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Stress tolerant and flexible
Experience in managing software development company
Ability to motivate people
Structural and process oriented way of thinking
Languages required: English
