Job summary
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager responsible for creating, developing, and continuously improving the Gaps & Potential and Autonomous & Improvement team modules within the OPEX system across PSE. You will also support sectors in this area, aiming to foster best practices, optimize processes, and promote a culture of innovation and accountability to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
The position is permanent and location to be confirmed based on home location of the candidate. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
• Represent both global and key local perspectives in solution discussions
• Oversee the evolution of the modules to drive excellent business performance
• Lead the development of advanced module levels beyond the Foundation Level
• Act as the module owner within the Operational Excellence system
• Facilitate cross-business collaboration sessions to support business teams
• Assist business leaders in closing gaps identified through module assessments
• Design and deliver targeted communication and training programs to enhance adoption
• Provide coaching and mentorship to stakeholders, empowering them to take ownership, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement
We believe you have
• Strong business acumen, preferably from a Project Center or a Business Sector, and excellent knowledge of tools and methods that supports Operational Excellence
• In-depth understanding of change management, with strong implementation skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and the ability to lead through influence
• Strong decision-making abilities, with a structured and organized approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead within the assigned area
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
