Responsibilities and duties:
The Operational Development Director will be responsible for the development, improvement and standardization of global and regional processes related to Customer Experience Management.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The responsibility is global and therefore requires travel to other parts of the organization on a regular basis.
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
• Ensuring a seamless execution of all approved Process Implementation activities - Implementing new regional processes to deliver a more efficient or qualitative services.
• Ensure Change Management Process is adhered to and a document control system is in place
• Conduct Alignment Meetings across all businesses/verticals in the company
• Present, articulate/demonstrate, and quantify impact of all Process Improvement initiatives to internal and external business owners
• Manage Process Improvement resources according to prioritization of project requirements
The person we are looking for is very committed and energetic, having excellent understanding and experience of Customer Services Industry.
Becoming a key influencer in a global company, with global responsibilities, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate with various stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
You have a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your area of responsibility, with solid understanding how these contribute to the Company vision and strategy. You are very structured and organized and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast moving industry.

Excellent knowledge and experience of the Customer Services Industry and associated process areas. .
Strong communication and presentation skills .
Excellent leadership skills .
Have the ability to drive and influence team-members and stakeholders for results.
Excellent IT skills .
Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
A high level of integrity and trust.
Education / Qualifications:
• Degree or exam from higher education in relevant area
• Solid knowledge and experience of the Customer Services Industry - COPC certification is a merit
