Would you like to be part of our Lean transformation at Surface Division (SRD)?
We are looking for you who would like to be our new Operational developer for our value flows and work together with our committed team where we help and challenge each other. Since we are a company of innovation and we dare to think new, you will have the opportunity to play a big role in our Lean transformation project.

Your mission
As our Operational developer for value flow you will be a part of the strategical management team production as well as working close with operations. Together with the teams you will create strategic long-term goals supporting operations in our improvement work. You will drive, educate and support the organization in continually improvements according to Epiroc Flow concept (Lean). In this positions you will also be part of Epiroc global Lean team.
Your profile
You will have a broad range of contacts in your position, it is important that you are fluent both in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Situational adapted leadership skills are important. You as a person are outspoken and like to interact with other people. You like working both theoretical and practical. You have a well-structured way to work and you set clear targets for you tasks. You probably have a university degree in engineering but more important is a high level of experience from similar positions with proven results.
