As an Operational Controller you are the link between the finance department, sales, operations, supporting the organization in winning new business, driving performance and analyzing financial data. Reporting to the European group controller and highly involved in operations, you will proactively propose areas for improvement and further development.
Role responsibilities
• Drive financial performance for Operations in Europe
• Deliver Financial Analysis and reporting
• Support Budget and Forecast processes
• Implement and analyze cost saving initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reviews and reporting to European HQ
• Capital appropriations
• Support cash flow analysis and reporting
• Manage cash transfers between sites and balances in the cash pool
Personal attributes & Qualifications
We are looking for a person with ability to drive and determination, who can communicate and collaborate with teams from different backgrounds and cultures. Your analytical an proactive mindset is important for us.
Aside from the above, relevant candidates should have:
• A University degree in Finance, Business and/or Economics
• Experience from the manufacturing sector, preferably automotive
• At least 2-3 years of work experience from controlling positions in multinational companies with own-production facilities
• Good communication skills (Professional levels of proficiency in English)
• Strong in Microsoft Excel.
• A solid understanding of financial principles , proven analytical skills combined with a track record of delivering with high levels of structure and accuracy
