Kvalifikationer
• You have several years of experience working with Change Management, within ERP context is a merit.
• Master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Proven track record of Change Management within larger Programs.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as e.g. 7S, ADKAR etc.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Proven record to support senior executives and key management.

Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Change Manager (OCM) to our client within the grocery market. The OCM will play a key role in ensuring that the program will meet defined objectives on time and on budget by ensuring employee commitment. The OCM will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The OCM will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them to fulfil the role of change sponsor. Provide direct guidance and support to Change Agents as they help their organization through transitions. Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. The OCM transformation will operate in a complex structure consisting of a matric oriented program organization with multiple parallel OCM initiative, spread over all the organization throughout the country. Having to address OCM on board level, top executive level as well as on tactical and operational level in specific stores, logistic terminal or teams in HQ/regional HQ when planned or needed. OCM also include handling OCM for the client's vendors and IT-partners. The OCM responsibilities will be: together with SI partner, responsible for outlining OCM Scope, OCM Flight Plan, Organizational context analysis and findings and stakeholder management strategies, business Impact (BI) Analysis and BI mitigation & promotion plan, together with training stream responsible for training strategy and Change network & engagement plan, responsible for applying the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program, support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify, coach and manage key stakeholders, provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs, drive change within the organization and support executive management and key stake holders, consult and coach project teams, integrate change management activities into project plan and close collaboration with Program Management, Project Managers and line of Business.

Personal qualities
We are looking for a person who has business and customer-oriented mindset and are skillful in managing many stakeholders. The person has a proven understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, regular office hours (40 h/week). The position will start 2021-01-11 and the assignment is expected to run to 2021-12-31 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in Swedish or English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
