hela Sverige Husqvarna Group is looking for an Operational Purchaser to join our Indirect Sourcing Team in the Husqvarna Division.
Unit/Department you will be part of
Sourcing at Husqvarna is organized in several functions securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply. One of the key functions within Sourcing is Indirect Sourcing, which focuses on commercial relationships with suppliers and the business in managing all indirect material procurement. The key mission is to ensure the greatest value is provided to the organization 's internal customers.
Your future challenge
The Operational Purchaser is part of the Husqvarna Indirect Sourcing Team.
The primary responsibility for this position will be to work with our new Procure to Pay system for Indirect Sourcing.
Your role is to:
• Work in the service desk for our Procure to Pay System, load catalogues, make updates, orders and training in our Procure to Pay System
• Perform operational work within the team
• Make Request for Quotation (RFQ) to suppliers
• Cooperation with the Commodity Managers
Who you are
Education and Experience
• We expect you to have a university degree or equivalent experience of purchasing work, to apply terms and conditions. Experience of having worked with the operational sourcing in the manufacturing industry is considered as a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required (written and oral)
Desired Skills:
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database applications.
• As a person you are result oriented and an active and distinct team player.
