We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Support Administrator to join the team. You will be involved in the daily running of the company, including sourcing, purchasing and order management; Human Resources administration; execution of logistics and supply chain management, including goods reception, pick up of human specimen samples from our suppliers and delivery of samples to off-site storage; and general back-office support and administration in support of senior management.
We imagine that you already have a few years of relevant high-quality experience - but we are more interested in finding the right person. You should have relevant experience from the life science industry. You must have excellent English and Swedish communication skills and be capable of working as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative to drive tasks forward.
What we are looking for:
• Experience of purchasing and logistics
• Experience of back-office support and administration
• Class B driving license
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
It would be nice if you have one or more of these:
• Basic life science laboratory skills
• Not afraid of physical labour
