Small series within Scania Sales and Marketing is a new function to increase speed and focus on e-Mobility. We are aiming for a building a new function with an entrepreneurial "company mindset" with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We believe in partnerships with key stakeholders in the eco-system to learn how we can create value and new business.
Our mission is to accelerate and explore e-Mobility business. The function creates and sell proof of concept solutions in segments or applications where no mature solution exists yet. We reduce risk and anxiety related to new technology of customers and our own organization by including them in the process, taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. The role holds a unique opportunity to get sales experience working internationally with Scania's end-customers from a Head Office perspective.
We are now looking for an Operation Specialist to strengthen our team!
About the role
Your work as an Operation Specialist starts in the early stages where ideas and projects are still on the drawing table. Here you take an leading role to make sure deployment is possible and that Scania Small Series succeed to bring out new solutions to the market. When the solution hit the market, you ensure that our solution continuous deliver value to the customer. You will be the link between factory, the selected dealer and the customer.
Examples of tasks included in this role:
• Close contact with 3rd parties suppliers
• Prepare and select dealers to deliver, repair and do maintenance of the vehicles
• Supporting customer operation over the life cycle
• Be an expert for trouble shooting and act as a flying doctor for complicated problems
We are looking for
You are probably an engineer, with experience from automotive systems development. A bit curious to change and have a great interest in new technique and new ways of working and that you think it's fun when everything is not set. Then you have the possibility to both be a part of building up something new and develop yourself. We also believe that you 're most likely a generalist rather than an expert.
We also believe that you have a good understanding of vehicle software and electronics. Basic skills in batteries and power electronics are desired.
This position requires travelling.
Driving licence for trucks is needed and bus meritorious.
