Our client is a leader in the Energy Business that provides effective solutions and ensures sustainability and reliability in their offerings. With a turnover of 1Billion Swedish kronor, they are expanding rapidly with a view to taking on international markets in the very near future.
Due to growth, they have engaged HAYS AB to acquire a new Sales Operation Specialist, to join their team in the Stockholm Region. The role will report directly to the Sales Director where the focus will be to acquire new customers, manage existing relationships and work with an expert team of specialists to bring tailor-made energy solutions to the market.
• Face to face customer meetings to promote products
* Implementation of strategic sales development work
* Prepare sales plans and turnover plans for customers
* Work to a designated budget
* Participate in Bid Reviews
* Study to understand technical aspects of products
* Work with external project teams to develop solutions
* Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
* Excellent presentation skills
* The confidence to hold meetings with C - level Clientèle
* A proactive and analytical approach to new and existing customers
* The ability to understand technical products
* A Team Player - Mandatory
* Experience in the energy sector will be highly regarded, but not a necessity.
