We want to hire a new System Administrator/Operation Lead to one of our application teams within the IT Operations department.

IT Operations responsibility is to secure that our IT systems work optimally - both regarding hardware, operating systems, databases and IT applications.

ERP team in IT Operations work with Oracle HCM known as Fusion, IDM and E-Business Suite also known as Oracle Application. E-Business Suite is a suite of business applications made up of a large number of distinct software modules. The group secure that related IT systems meet the requirements for stability, performance, security and functionality in the Production Environment. Our main task is to solve production and customer issues and work for long term stability and security that provides the best customer value. We are technical specialists and like to talk and work with our developers, while we have a strategic overview and discuss the business needs with our users.

This is what you will do

As a System Administrator/Operation Lead you and your colleagues in the team have the full responsibility for our applications. You receive new functionality from our development department and secure the stability long term in the Production environment. You will also, as part of the team, solve all kind of issues in any of the systems within our responsibility. We constantly seek to improve ourselves and our way of working, and we expect you to participate in the process.

Our IT environment is highly virtualized, with Linux as OS, and Oracle as DB, but also Windows servers and other databases are used. Applications are developed in a variety of programming languages, so we need a broad mix of competence in the team to trouble shoot & fix problems.

• Technical knowledge in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
• Experience of working with linux/windows/oracle environments
• Database knowledge & SQL
• Previous experience of working with development and/or operation of Oracle E-Business applications
• Good communications skills primarily in English (Swedish is a plus)
