Your team
You will be part of the EMCA (Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa) Regional Supply Chain team within Epiroc's Parts & Services division. Your mission
As the Regional Operation Integration Manager, your main mission will be to successfully integrate Supply Chain operational projects and achieve results in line with defined project targets, scope of work, and deliverables, enabling a transformation of our Supply Chain to meet the evolving needs of Epiroc and our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring project implementation plans, deliverables, and operational costs are well understood and controlled within the organization. Additionally, you will lead various projects in the region, collaborating with external suppliers and intercompany operations to achieve operational excellence and cost control.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent, along with several years of experience in Supply Chain and demonstrated project management expertise. You will need to quickly understand core Epiroc processes, systems, and ways of working to act as an operational lead. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as our corporate language is English. Proficiency in MS Office tools is required.

• Business acumen and effective communication with colleagues and partners at all levels.
• Cost control and trade compliance awareness.
• Experience in project evaluation and business case creation.
• Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proactivity in identifying and implementing solutions to enhance the supply chain.
• Familiarity with lean and six sigma principles.

Location and travel
The location of this position is flexible within any Epiroc location in the EMCA Region. Travel is required.
