Job description/Responsibilities:

The role means the responsibility for the end-to-end daily operations  of a telecom network, covering  planning, execution, monitoring and control of the service delivery. In order to ensure the contracted deliverables, network  and process KPIs will apply to accomplish high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Operational Governance and Planning:

• (DAN> ISN’t THIS THE PROJECT DIRETOR ROLE?)Establish an operational governance model and process, and build and lead an operations team to implement it.
• Leveraging the organization in order to fulfill the resource plan
• Establishment of operational change management procedures, including evaluation and communication for project duration.
• Develop operational reporting strategy.

Handle customer engagement:

•  Manage customer relationship on an operational level, building confidence and trust
• Maintain clear communication with customer regarding  service delivery expectations
• Build sustainable business relationships beyond the project environment.
• Coordinate and identify scope changes, scope increases and related opportunities to increase business. 

Lead Network Operation:

• Build and lead the operation team. Drive team to execute and fulfill assignment
• Take the end-to-end responsibility for the network operation and actively execute in line with delivery plan while maintaining quality standards, profit target and business operation key index.
• Initiate and lead improvement and transformation actions to optimize  processes and procedures, tools and systems,
• Ensure commitments are met in accordance with operational targets and  objectives.
• Report on financial/budget status, based on agreed baselines.
• Performs risk management across full project life cycle, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations.
• Pro-actively identify best practices in terms of process, procedure, cost control and tools for future implementation.
• Drive the use of document control and management.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and coaching.

Manage financial and operational KPIs

• End-to-end planning and management of financial and operational performance
• Establishment of KPI reporting and follow-up.
• Lead  continuous efficiency improvement
• Ensure that operations follows the set cost baseline and meets budget targets.
• Optimize Project operational performance (non-financial KPIs, e.g. Human Resource Management)

Qualifications:

• High energy, driven and solution oriented personality
• Strong background and experience from telecom network operations
• Highly developed leadership skills
• Strong customer insight and consultative skills
• Good financial understanding and business mindset.
• Negotiation, influencing & Conflict management skills.
• Effective problem solving skills
• Able to prioritize and focus under stress
• Able to drive change where needed
• Fluent in English
• Swedish speaking individuals are preferred
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP or IPMA is an advantage
