Operation Developer Visual Planning

This is the task for us working in Operational Development (OD). Management & Control is one of our Main Processes within OD and within our responsibilities you can find: Planning process, both visual planning and traditional planning. Finance process. Education of project leaders and project members. Tools as Engineering Statement of Work, Design Reviews, Program Status Report, Team Minutes, Meeting structure and Decision system.

As an Operation Developer Visual Planning, you have experience from a leading position but most important is that you are devoted to improve our company and make life easier for your colleagues. The role is challenging and you will have a unique role in our organisation. You will have the possibility to learn a lot about knowledge based development which will be a base for our future as a development organization.

Main responsibilities

• Roll out of visual planning within the company. You will be the support to one of our departments during this roll-out and work closely together with managers and engineers
• Other tasks supporting our development of R&D towards a "Knowledge Based Product Development" organisation

Required qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in engineering
• Several years of experience from product development
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience from visual planning development is meritorious
• Knowledge about Knowledge Based Development also known as Lean Product Development is meritorious
• Experience from managerial work in line or project is meritorious
• MBA degree is meritorious
• Knowledge or experience from change implementation is meritorious

Personal qualities

• Good communication and cooperation skills
• High ability to build relationships and network
• Good analytic and coordination skills
• You enjoy and have a good sense for both operational and strategic work
