The world of construction equipment is already changing - and is set for further radical technological shifts in the years ahead. Volvo CE wants to lead this charge to be more sustainable and contribute to building the world we all want to live in. To ensure that it fulfils this mission the Portfolio and Architecture function has been created to transform Volvo CE into an application orientated customer solutions company. There is no clear path to get there, and so we need open minded people who can try new ideas, fail fast if they don't work and be an inspiration to others in an environment where disruption and change is all part of our normal working days.
We are the first to admit that we don't have all the answers. Change and lack of certainty can be uncomfortable - our Flux Capacitors won't always work first time! New regulations will need to be complied with and navigating the market transformation will be a bumpy road. But we will remain one team with a diverse set of skills all pulling in the one direction, and our amazing people will be our biggest competitive advantage - capturing synergies through world leading architecture.
We are looking for You - whatever your background, training or experience - if you can be a positive catalyst for this transformation - always challenging us and the organization to embrace new technologies, tools and ways of working. We won't always have the answers - so could you be our ears on the ground - coming back and telling us what the markets and customers are saying. If that's you we can enhance our customer solutions and deliver an awesome One Volvo experience.
