Experis IT is now looking for a Production Responsible to our client based in Älmhult.
Job Description:
At this job you will be responsible for daily service and support towards Business Partners, Retailers and Suppliers, main interface during production and account management. You will be responsible for business documentation/process compliancy and create production plan in co-operation with business partners and monitor delivery according to plan and agreement.
You will also work with assigning purchase agreements to sales orders (create purchase orders) and follow-up productions, process invoices, process additional costs and support product manager with production closure. You are responsible for managing change request process, update sales orders and purchase orders.
As a Production Responsible you will also maintain, update and communicate routines and specifications towards business partners, retailers and other colleagues.
Your knowledge:
* Good knowledge and experience of print and digital media production process and planning.
* Media and/or Business administration degree.
* Good knowledge and experience of customer service and business administrative routines.
* Good knowledge of communications.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Basic knowledge in accounting process and purchase procedures.
* Basic knowledge of IT systems.
