hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to a consultant assignment in central Gothenburg, where you will be a part of a global aviation company. Start immediately and the assignment will last for at least six months.
Work description
You will:
* Be a dedicated Scrum Master for two self-organizing, cross-functional agile teams.
* Collaborate in supporting and driving a continuous improvement process.
* Create high-performance teams.
* Guide and coach teams in their use of agile practices and behaviors.
* Be part of an active Scrum Master community that together improves the agile ways of working, shares experiences and supports each other.
* Facilitate collaboration between several teams working in a scaled agile setup.
* Act as a servant leader for your teams and the organization.
Your profile
You have:
* A genuine interest in team dynamics and in bringing out the best in all individuals.
* Experience as Scrum Master or working with agile methods.
* A great understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* A Scrum Master Certification (advantage).
