The arena

This role is based in Global Medicin Development Operations OPAL and will provide consultative advice to Planisware users to ensure the information in the system is accurate and required for the business decision making at the Project and Portfolio level.

The role

Typical Accountabilities for the role:

• Development and management of OPAL business processes
• System administration across all 3 Science Units
• Consultancy support to Global PM on system updates
• Support development of system changes based on organizational changes
• Coordinate Data Quality initiatives across the Science Units
• Deliver training across the OPAL project
• Identification of process/tool issues and recommended solutions
• Engagement with the users to ensure correct system utilization

Minimum experience

• Project/Program Management expertise
• Project Management System software knowledge ? Planisware essential
• Business knowledge with a proven track record
• Overall knowledge/awareness of the overall pharmaceutical development process
• Excellent Influencing, detail oriented, flexibly skills required
• Excellent organizational/time management skills
• Experience with Reporting software ie Spotfire and Business Objects preferred

Preferred experience/requirements

• Global role with multi customers so ability to work globally to tight timelines is key
• Flexibility across all 3 science units
• Coaching and mentoring system users
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills
• Proactive interactions with users
