This position is based on-site with our client Ericsson in the Kista office. You will be part of the recruitment team managing external and internal recruitment processes.
You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions from intake discussion and advertising through to shortlisting and contract creation. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process to ensure sourcing and delivery of the best candidates at all levels. You will also, when needed collaborate with researchers and be responsible for leading the search/headhunting activities to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications and Experience;
• proven, relevant experience of working with recruitment in the Swedish market
• experience in the technology/ICT sector is a plus
• use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, external and internal candidates, suppliers, support centre and Pontoon management.
• business standard English.

You will be employed as a consultant and work on behalf of our client in central Stockholm. The assignment will start immediately and proceed until june 2017.
