Adecco is now seeking an Onsite Business Manager for Skellefteå! The position is stationed at our client's premises, and you will be part of a dedicated customer team in Skellefteå.

Working Onsite
Our Onsite concept is about being an integrated part of the customer's everyday life. The team has its workplace in the customer's premises and works exclusively with the consultants working in the business. The Onsite concept is also about finding added value for the customer and being a partner rather than a supplier. The dialogue and partnership enable us to sometimes challenge the customer and come up with ideas they haven't always thought of themselves, and try to help the customer see around corners.
As a consulting manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your consultants are happy and deliver good results that contribute to increased productivity for our customer.
About you
The challenge, but also the charm and development, of working as an Onsite Business Manager are the breadth of tasks. In addition to leading consultants, you should also have the ability to create strong collaborative relationships with both the customer and your colleagues at Adecco. Your actions should contribute to positive synergies for both the customer, consultant, candidates, and, of course, for Adecco.
The Onsite concept assumes that we work closely with the customer in both upturns and downturns. This requires that we roll up our sleeves both when many people need to be hired and when times require strength to be reduced.
You have a solution-oriented attitude and you like and are comfortable operating in a changing environment where decisions are made quickly and sometimes without complete information
You apply business acumen, where you prioritize the customer's needs
You practice leadership, where you motivate and lead consultants to contribute to increased productivity for our customer
You have a high work ethic, where you take pleasure in performing and genuinely enjoy working
You have digital maturity, where you use tools optimally to streamline and ensure the quality of your work
You may have a basic understanding of economics and business thinking

High demands are placed on you as a person, in your performance of your work, but we can promise that this is a very fun, rewarding, and developing position.
We prefer that you have at least 1 year of operational experience in continuous delivery of staffing services to volume customers or from a customer- and results-oriented business with direct responsibility for continuous delivery of services characterized by high service levels, scheduling, short deadlines, and quick decisions.
We also find it interesting with experience working in industry/production in combination with studies in the Human Resources program or the Civil Engineering program.
Significant importance is also placed on personal suitability and the assessment we make of your potential.
In this position, you are required to have a driver's license and speak English fluently.

The salary is set individually. You will be entitled to bonuses and wellness benefits.
