Worktasks
• Responsible for the positioning of the internet sales portal lh.com
• Integrating online sales strategy, online pricing plan and go-tomarket approach into local sales strategy
• Monthly evaluation of online sales development, online target fulfilment and success of online campaigns in cooperation with Marketing, Pricing and Business Development
• Continuously monitoring online development of competitors (benchmarking with best in industry) and forwarding findings to
Business Development unit
• Performing market surveys / market research in close cooperation with Marketing / Business Development unit
• Evaluating efficiency of web statistics, online sales and revenue data, cost reporting (polling) in cooperation with Business Development unit
• Developing online business with existing partners (OTA’s), identifying existing and potential partners in online distribution
• Joint responsibility with the marketing department for Search Engine Marketing, newsletters, content steering (sales focus),
Affiliate Marketing, White Label - Cross Selling (Hotels, Cars) and Search Engine Optimisation
• Ensuring functionality and usability of local display (fare filing, TSC, links) together with pricing department
• Ensuring a seamless flow of information and cooperation with all
departments (LON EA, Marketing, Pricing and Business Development)
• Travelling on behalf of Lufthansa
• Participating at GP, business development, sales and online meetings
• Misc. tasks upon request

Your profile
• A-level/High school diploma or equivalent
• Very strong affinity to online topics
• Work experience in marketing & sales
• Commercial training and work experience in tourism
• IT-knowledge incl. knowledge of customary sales tools and software
• Excellent command of Swedish and English both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proactive attitude
• Communication and social skills
• Team player
• Excellent ability to deal with pressure
