Description
Would you like to help Tetra Pak employees to solve their daily tasks on Orbis (the Tetra Pak intranet) fast and easy? Would you like to work in truly global environment, changing people, processes and tools across Tetra Pak? Do you have experience in driving projects in an intranet environment? Then this position might be interesting for you.
As Online Project Manager you will have the opportunity to be a one important driver in our ambition to make Orbis a world class Intranet. You will report to the Director of Internal e-Comms and have your base in Lund, Sweden. Internal e-Comms is responsible for the facilitation of internal e-channels, by developing processes, people and tools to help Tetra Pak employees globally to perform their work more efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Drive online projects, primarily within the Task Based Intranet program
• Plan, monitor and control the Project -scope, -time and cost
• Champion and enforce Task Based Intranet approach
• Partner and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Work together with Task Drivers to optimize intranet performance.
• Research and understand business needs and then advise on appropriate e-communication solution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position we believe it is important that you have;
• Experience from working in an online environment.
• Experience from working with Task Based intranet is preferred
• Proactively driven stakeholder relationships to reach results
• Proven ability to manage online projects to success.
You have a university degree preferably in communication / informatics with qualified experience from intranets. Documented experience from project management in Intranet environment with good track record is desired. You are used to act independently and have a flexible solution oriented approach, even if not all facts are in place. You are result oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive to keep set deadlines for the team. Handling uncertainty and risks and deadlines is natural for you.
You can deliver business value through communicative solutions and your command of spoken and written English is excellent.
