Gaston Luga is a Swedish lifestyle fashion brand with a unique line of elegant but functional backpacks and accessories designed to be ideal companions when discovering the world. We are now seeking to hire a Global Online Marketplace Expansion Specialist who wants to help Gaston Luga grow through new online marketplaces globally.
Who are you?
You are a focused, driven individual who possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills. You have a passion for statistical data analysis, and you utilize your talents to monitor, analyze and optimize selling, drive profitable online sales and maximize returns. Most importantly, you should be resourceful with great problem-solving skills.
You should also enjoy autonomy and ownership in this business area.
This is a new position in a new department at Gaston Luga and Orange Sky and therefore you will have input on how this position and the department will develop.
Responsibilities
Identify marketplace expansion opportunities in key markets and beyond
Learn and understand our business and competition, and do regular competitor and trends analyses on online marketplaces
Set up end-to-end processes for selling on online marketplaces, working with cross-functional teams across the world
Campaign planning, budget and sales forecasting
Manage daily operations of all online marketplaces with cross-functional team and/or vendors
Lead and coach future team member(s)
Success will be measured by the sales growth within marketplaces, organic sales, and awareness growth through online marketplaces such well as operational efficiency

It is great if you have the following:
Excellent or Native verbal, written, and communication skills in English
Direct, hands-on experience in managing projects, with the aid of tools such as ClickUp or Notion
Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in data analysis, performance trends, etc.
You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks at once
