We are now seeking to hire an Online Marketplace Expansion Associate who wants to help Gaston Luga grow through new online marketplaces such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc. globally.
Who are you?
You are a focused, driven individual who possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills. You have a passion for statistical data analysis, and you utilize your talents to monitor, analyze and optimize online campaigns, to drive profitable online sales and maximize returns for your customers. You are independent in your way and have no difficulties in finding solutions or new ways of thinking if needed. No experience in any online marketplace is required, interest and understanding is a much higher priority.
This is a new position at Gaston Luga and Orange Sky and therefore you will have input on how this position will develop.
Responsibilities
Identify marketplace expansion opportunities in key markets and beyond
Learn and understand our business and competition, and do regular competitor and trends analyses on online marketplaces
Set up end-to-end processes for selling on online marketplaces
Manage daily operations of all online marketplaces, including:
Daily monitoring and analysis of advertising campaigns
Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing products
Analyzing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spend, etc.
Conduct keyword research, analysis and keyword expansion
Monitor and update budgeting
Staying up-to-date and optimise with best practices on marketplaces
Success will be measured by the sales growth within marketplaces, organic sales and awareness growth through online marketplaces such well as operational efficiency
It is great if you have the following:
Excellent or Native verbal, written and communication skills in English
Direct, hands-on experience in managing projects, with the aid of tools such as ClickUp
Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in data analysis, performance trends etc.
You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks at once
