to Corporate Communications at Headquarters in Gothenburg
This is an exciting time to be part of Corporate Communications at Mölnlycke Health Care. You can have a big influence on how and where our corporate brand and identity is perceived on-line, and you will have the support of both the Internal and External Communications Managers. This is a very hands-on position, but you will play a key role in our success when it comes to global corporate brand awareness and employer branding. Your speaking partners will of course be your colleagues in the Corporate Communications group, but you will also get the opportunity to work with top management, our business areas, and HR on a global basis. As we are in the starting phases of developing our online presence, there will definitely be room to grow.
Position Description
The purpose of the position is to implement web and digital tactics, which will drive corporate brand awareness globally.
The main responsibilities are:
• Advice Corporate Communications on digital channel choice and digital tactics (including SEO and viral marketing) for increasing awareness of our corporate brand and implement such tactics.
• Manage the global implementation of external corporate digital marketing campaigns.
• Work with the External Communications Manager to effectively communicate messages in and populate external web channels.
• Work with Internal Communications Manager to determine how to leverage employees to improve external web presence.
• Collaborate with HR to determine and execute digital media strategies for employer branding.
• Actively maintain and populate the corporate pages on molnlycke.com and other digital channels.
• Maintain global domains and advice on domain tactics.
• Analyze web statistics and take appropriate action and monitor the Mölnlycke Health Care brand in digital media and take appropriate action.
Background and Personal qualities
• Has a passion for web marketing and social media
• Has 1-3 years of full-time experience in social media/web marketing
• Is an active user of social media tools and networks
• Has strong knowledge of user-generated content, SEO, video and viral marketing on the web
• Stays up to date on changes in technologies
• Understands how to use social channels to drive traffic to a website
• Is able to counsel senior management and marketing leaders on effective use of social media
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent writing skills
• Highly creative and a pronounced can-do spirit
• Fluent in English (Swedish not a requirement)
