With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it's via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 6 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 65 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

In the constant developing landscape of online, we are looking for you that can challenge existing marketing strategies with new, developing new KPIs, finding better ways to reach a higher ROI, all as a hands-on person as well as managing internal and external teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing internal as well as external teams/partners working with paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, lead generation, affiliate etc
• Budget responsibility for mentioned channels but not excluding others
• Find creative ways to increase growth combined with a higher efficiency
• Communication with other departments to understand business drivers such as customers, products, seasonal effect etc to increase existing or build new audiences
• Use the data provided from our website sales to understand customer and product patterns to run reports and analysis and use these findings and data to educate other departments
• Support in-house IT with technical understanding
• Ensure the accuracy of data and reports for the highest quality of standards.
• Monitor digital campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI; analyse the interplay of all marketing channels using Google Analytics, Funnel, Google Docs and attribution data.

• Stay up to date with latest updates for current channels but not excluding new potential important platforms
• Manage our CRM for profiling, right system providing to build audiences for improved CAC and CLV
• Driving online traffic, acquisitions, leads and revenue through Paid Search, Display Advertising, Email, Remarketing, Affiliate and any other brand-appropriate digital marketing strategies at acceptable ROI as defined by the business.

Requirements

• At least three-year experience of digital marketing
• Preferred experience of managing a team
• The equivalent of a BA/BSc or higher
• Well-developed experience of Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Being performance and results-oriented heavily related to sales
