About the company.
This position is for an international company dealing with representation of products for firearms training in all of Europe.
We are a small private company, active for 6 years outside of Uppsala, Sweden. Each year we have grown approximately 40% and keep expanding to new markets in Europe. We now need someone to exclusively handle our online presence in Europe.
The working environment is young, dynamic and flexible.
The company clientele is widely spread over all of Europe and varies from law enforcement and government agencies, dealers and wholesalers as well as private customers such as hunters and sport shooters.
About the position.
Having changed how accessories are perceived and sold at retailers across the world, we are now focusing our efforts on significantly expanding our online sales and brand awareness within Europe.
As Online Growth Manager your mission will be to use your creativity and understanding of the online marketing landscape to drive traffic and leads using paid advertising social networks, AdWords and other platforms as well as developing strategies for organic growth through campaigns and referrals.
You have experience from paid online marketing targeting a global and European audience. You move comfortably between Google Analytics, tools for A/B-testing and of course Facebook Business Manager.
You'll have budget responsibility for our online paid budget as well as resources to deploy experiments and engage in campaign development.
In periods, work with the E-commerce channel and enhance the full sales funnel.
The position is full-time and you will work out of our office in Uppsala.

Your mission will require that you...
Act like an entrepreneur - and consider what drives most value for our business, end-to-end.
Manage (hands-on) the day-to-day optimization and expansion of all our paid campaigns: PPC, Display, Paid Social Media (FB, Instagram), Ad Networks, ASO
Are used to report and follow up on key metrics to relevant superiors.
Are technology and tool-oriented and have good knowledge of advertising platforms and measuring tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, FB Business Manager and AdWords


Requirements
have at least 1-3 years of experience working as an Online Acquisition Manager or growth manager with an international focus
have a strong track record of creating successful and creative online marketing campaigns
have an in-depth knowledge within online marketing and lead generation technologies, SEO and email campaigns.
constantly keep track of potential new strategies, tools, and channels
be highly analytical and with a passion for data driven decision-making
