We offer you In this position, you will have a key role in developing Kappahls Online business with responsibility for Online's budget and forecast process in close collaboration with roles within Online, our countries and Business & Financial Controller. You are responsible for ongoing follow-up both in terms of PnL, sales development and identifying activities to strengthen the result. You report to the Online Manager and are part of Online's management team.
Your profile We believe that you have a relevant education in finance and a few years of experience from a similar position in a larger retail or sales organization. If you have previously worked within E-commerce, it is highly meritorious. You have extensive knowledge in Excel and are used to working with pivot tables, forecasts, and business case. You can communicate in writing and speech, both in Swedish and in English and you have high IT experience within the Office package.
Your personality Your personality is as important as your experience and knowledge. As a person, you are structured, thorough, proactive, and communicative and like the responsibility that comes with having a key role in the workplace. You appreciate having a broad network within the organization. You are result-oriented and analytical with the ability to understand financial relationships based on the business as a whole and with the customer in focus. You work just as well independently as in teams while taking great responsibility for performing your tasks.
